A little bit street with some commercial dance influence. For the experienced dancer and for the wannabe dancer. The tempo is high and so are the kicks - kick off your shoes and give it a go.HIIT

Our Ride classes are taught by a variety of instructors featuring their different personal styles from rhythm rides to cadence focussed, sprints and climbs. They are all easy to follow and fun and engaging. The infectious enthusiasm of our instructors will put a smile on your face and drive you up and out of the saddle.Warm up / down
Try and grab a quick warm up to raise your body temperature, increase blood flow, prepare mentally, and reduce the risk of injury. You can warm down after your session with one of our whole-body Yoga or Pilates stretch classes to help prevent muscle soreness and speed up your recovery.Yoga

Jess explores a combination of Commercial and Street Dance elements with a simple fun and accessible fitness approach. Whether you are a serious ex-dancer or an old school aerobics fan, Jess’ classes are made for you.
Ben will have you starting your day with a bang on the bike, squeezing in a quick HIIT session at lunch and taking on a longer ride by night with his precise and easy to follow instructions.
Sally believes in a holistic approach to health, fitness, nutrition, wellbeing and mindfulness. Her unique Core and Calm classes combine these aspects perfectly to fully embrace our Mind & Body mantra.
Paul is a highly experienced professional Strength and Conditioning coach and a strong advocate of lifestyle fitness for the mind, body and soul. Paul regularly practices mindfulness and meditation and advocates positive living.
John is a Mixed Martial Arts fighter who integrates the tough moves required into his HIIT classes. Challenge yourself to try one of his classes but beware there is no hiding place.

Jade is an actor presenter and yoga teacher. As a child who never sat still, Jade fell into yoga through acting and instantly became obsessed with escaping to the mat and practicing anywhere at any time.
Loren’s yoga classes are influenced by her background in teaching Pilates and general fitness, professional dance and her own education in various healing methods.
